At The Natural Health Clinic I use muscle testing to find the areas of weakness in the body. This is achieved by using muscle testing to perform a full body scan which includes all organs, glands, joints & any areas of pain by gently touching reflexes on the surface of the body. Through muscle testing we then identify which of these weakened areas is the priority to deal with & what could be the underlying cause of this weakness using the 6 most common stressors. What are the six most common stressors?

1) Food allergies
2) Immune challenges -fungal, viral, bacterial & parasites
3) Heavy metals
4) Chemical toxicity
5) Scars & other interference fields - these block energy flow
6) Nutritional deficiencies - the organ/gland is lacking nutrients for optimal functioning

🩷 Grilled Chicken & Broccoli with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🩷

High-protein. Simple. Easy to adjust.

✅Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper

✅Creamy Garlic Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt*
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
¼ tsp paprika

✅Method
Season chicken and broccoli with olive oil, salt & pepper.
Grill or pan-cook chicken until done.
Steam or roast broccoli.
Mix sauce ingredients and serve over chicken & broccoli.

Cashew cream (soaked cashews + water + lemon + garlic)

• 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
• 1 banana
• 1 handful spinach
• 1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter or ¼ avocado for nut free option
• ½ cup frozen berries
