I haven't been doing much on the workshop front lately, but I'm running my Everyday mindfulness for stress and anxiety workshop for WEKA for free next Monday.
The 90 minute workshop covers stress, anxiety, foundational mindfulness methods and how to apply these techniques in your life for emotional regulation.

We decided to stay open on this public holiday simply because we have some big bills coming, so we can’t afford to close. It would be awesomeeee if you could come over for din, and share this post so people know we’re open as usual for our curry Thursday! 🥳
For dinner, we’ve got Thai red curry for you all! It’s a fragrant, sweet & creamy curry made from coconut cream, kaffir lime, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and lots of paprika (instead of chilli so it’s not a super hot curry). 🍛
We mix in savoury & lightly spiced vegetarian ‘meat’balls at the end. Served with rice of course. 🍚
For the meaty option, we have Massaman meatballs made from beef, venison, ginger, lemongrass & spring onion. They’re baked in a creamy cashew nut sauce. And you’ll get a bit of the Thai red curry too! 😋

🍛 $4 Thai red curry with vegetarian ‘meat’balls & rice 🍛
🍛 $5 a cheaper option for a bit of both: mainly Thai red curry & some Massaman meatballs 🍛
🍪 $3 Cookies & cream pie
🥥 $3 Leftover rhubarb snow cake (a crumble base with rhubarb jam in the middle, and coconut cake on top)
🍌 $3 Banana, black currant, orange & mango smoothie
🍒 $3 Pear, blackcurrant, ginger AND cherry smoothie!
🍯 $6 1/2 kilo bags of fruit & honey muesli

Services
Unwind - $80 per hour / $50 for 30 mins
An hour of deep relaxation incorporating breathing, mindbody massage and restorative essential oils.
Restore - $80 per hour / package deals available
Restore sessions aim to assess and treat a pain problem or movement restriction using a range of mindbody massage therapy methods.
Typically one 90 minute assessment and treatment session are followed by 2 ($240) or 4 ($360) follow-up treatments.
Guided Mindfulness - $40 per hour
In guided mindfulness sessions we aim to explore the deep somatic roots of chronic pain and trauma.
Lifestyle coaching and applied mindfulness are commonly incorporated into the above sessions.

Post-graduate Certificate in MindBody Healthcare (AUT), Diploma in Therapeutic Massage, Registered Massage Therapist, Bachelor of Applied Management (Strategic Management), Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching & Learning.
