Mindful parenting is a real passion of mine. I came across this great Youtube channel today that has some great hints and tips and loads of different topics.
In my experience for both myself and working with other parents. It always starts with you.
When your child's pressing your buttons, we always go to change the child's behaviour. But we need to work on the aspect that caused you to react in the first place too.

Lock down has meant different things to different people.
The change in levels today has us now share a collective 'busyness'.
Noises now returning that have been absent for so long and possibly a creaping in of the old thought patterns around being busy and productive. Then there's the complications that go with being around others again.
You might be questioning what you want your 'new normal' to look and feel like.
I had my new studio all set up and ready to go prior to lockdown, but that will have to wait a little longer.
I am however available for video sessions where we can cover just as much and not limited to location.

#1 Be Mindful - Basic Intro into Mindful Practise that can reduce over thinking and stress.
#2 Your Time ⏱⏱ - the biggest thing that's apparent when I've taken Minfulness Class is the beliefs/stoppers around 'not having time' etc to make it a routine for yourself in between class and beyond.
So come along so we can look deeper at that.
Let's aim to get some good stuff happening for you, so you can share the 'best you' with those you love.
