Harmony Osteopaths Our intention at Harmony Osteopaths is to provide effective, personalised healthcare that relieves pa Director - Anneke Barrington

We treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, joint pain, headache, shoulder injuries and pregnancy complaints. We always aim to address the causes of dysfunction and pain. Our osteopaths are ACC registered, so a referral from another ACC provider is not required. At Harmony Osteopaths, we use the full spectrum of osteopathic techniques, which allow us to accommodate the individual needs of all our patients. Techniques we use include joint articulation, soft tissue and myofascial techniques, joint manipulation, stretching, gentle visceral manipulation, and cranial techniques. We also advise about exercise and rehabilitation that can be crucial for prevention of further injuries.
