Ah, I felt very appreciated today ☺ What a gorgeous bunch of flowers a client presented me with when I welcomed her at my door. They are a thank you for making her feel so much better after having 2 unfortunate falls totally putting her body 'out of whack', some might say!

When you never expect it and it's a welcomed surprise..... just lovely 🤗

I've just completed my latest training in Dry Needling. As you can see I really enjoyed receiving approximately 50 needles over the training days!!! Now when I drink water it falls out of me like a sieve! 🤔🙃😀

My training was with the amazing Advanced Clinical Education (ACE) who are the leaders in their field and their training extremely thorough and highly respected. I have continuous access to the course so that I can go over it again when I need.
The training group was a mix of Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Acupuncturists.

Ive just finished my Bowen Therapy review days over these two summer days (Sat and Sun).

I'm very dedicated to the holistic modalities that I offer. I'm always refreshing my skills and updating my knowledge.

I've just finished my exams for the end of year two in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture 🎊

Just one more year to go before I'm unleashed into the world as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner. I'm so in awe of my co-students and the juggling of children that they've had to do, during this 3 year degree, and still manage to come up trumps!

Time for rest and reflection now as I journey to Northland on a well deserved trip with my beloved and my mum who has just landed, all the way from Yorkshire! I cant wait to see her tomorrow 🥰

I'll be back with you all soon. Here's to another year 🥂
