Don Hira Rongoā Practitioner I'm a Rongoā practitioner with many years' experience practicing mirimiri. I have a diploma in Māori Holistic Wellbeing (Heke Rongoā).

I am currently studying Heke Reo with Te Wānanga o Raukawa.

Very excited to release our new range of rongoā, tī kūmarahou. First batch has already sold out. Let me know if you would like to order any bottles of this beautiful tī. Kūmarahou is great for coughs, colds and flu.
