My Reiki treatments are there to help you acknowledge and release these old patterns.

Sometimes we hold on to things that we thought we had dealt with, that were long ago, but hidden in our subconscious are thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve us! Reiki is a japanese based natural therapy that allows universal energy to be channeled from the therapist through to you, helping to bring clarity to the mind, release emotional blockages and leave you re-aligned with a deep feeling

of relaxation. Delight in a full hour-long session using a combination of crystals, chakra oils and colour to realign your spirit. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit that could induce many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Allow yourself to relax and feel the comfort of Reiki as your senses are soothed by the gentle music, therapeutic oils, vibrational crystals and colour, all combining together with the aim of restoring balance and supporting well-being. Your Reiki session will be unique to you to address your own feelings, thoughts, emotions, beliefs and experiences. That's why I feel it is important to take the time to calm the busy demanding world around us and re-unite with ourselves. I have spent two years training as a Reiki 2 practitioner before becoming a Reiki Master and have now had eight years experience as a Reiki therapist, helping others to discover their own potential

Valentines Day is the day of Love, show all those you love, how much you care !!❤️❤️ The words " I LOVE YOU" Have so much power when said with intention. Remember you don't have to be perfect to be loved or to love, we are all imperfectly perfect !!!!

I'm loving having the time to be creative , it is so good for you. I created this peace to emphasize the need to open our hearts to LOVE. Conditional Love can be challenging, hurtful and draining, it is easy to want to lock our hearts away.... to give ourselves the time to heal, to feel safe again and in control of ourselves and life. This is part of the journey. But energetically over time this inhibits our ability to love ourselves. Take the time now to acknowledge the lessons you have learnt ... How much you have given/ invested into the relationship, whether it was appreciated or never enough? How you were at being able to communicate your needs, did it feel safe to ask or were you always looking to please your partners needs? Whether you were independent and confident or needed the validation from your partner? These are some of the habits we develop which create conditional love. Love compliments who we are, it is easy and not having to manage someone else's happiness, it helps us to grow into the best versions of ourselves.... So as 2022 ends remind yourself how you are in control of your life, your story. You have the power to manifest all that you desire...unlock your heart centre, be kind to yourself, love all versions of you, be proud of where you have come from, you have done well, YOU HAVE GROWN !! So now feel how amazing you are and how lucky someone is to have you in their life !!!! When you are able to give this beautiful energy to the right person, it is blissful !...... If you already have that person in your life, it is a great time of year to appreciate them , to show them what they mean to you....... Make 2023 amazing !!!

We love to attach ourselves to people, situations or experiences, but the results are not always positive. If it does not feel good, do not accommodate it !! It is our choice what we prioritize .....

It should be easy to love and accept ourselves but I have found that we get in our own way too much! The mind has so many conditions, demands and requirements before it feels safe enough to accept that we are enough.... the mind always wants more. So just for today why not ignore your mind and accept all your imperfections, faults, bad habits, insecurities and all the things that you "should be doing" and be ok with just being YOU !! Sometimes it is only when we ACCEPT, that change can occur.... I have heard and felt a lot of the inadequacies... if only I was prettier, smarter, skinnier, had love in my life, had the career I wanted, knew my purpose, was a good parent, had good parents, wasn't so grumpy..... these things make us human and trying to fix them or push them away is counter-productive. If only we celebrated being human rather, life becomes a lot happier !!! You deserve this freedom and Love ❤️

Hi everyone, well Christmas has crept up so quickly !! Another thank you to all my clients who have shared their journeys with me this year. 2021 has been a roller coaster of a year but we have made it !!! Here's wishing you all an amazing holiday season filled with love and fun. To all of those who have been waiting on my cancellation list I'm super sorry I havent been able to squeeze you in, I wish I had another me to help out !!!
