WE RUN THE NIGHT — and THEY DID IT!

Three of our amazing Victoria Lemon Transformed Today members just crushed the We Run the Night race — and we couldn’t be prouder!

Collier set herself a goal to run 10km this year — and she nailed it!
Finished in 1:04:40, beat her personal best by 4 minutes, and ran her first event in over a decade!
Her words: “It felt amazing to be back out there. So proud and happy!”

Mapu signed up the night before with zero running prep (what a legend) — but her strength from our C300 classes carried her through!
She finished in 1:07 and said:
“I knew I could push through because of how strong I feel in class. Weight training gave me the leg power and mental edge!”

Beter showed up, showed out, and brought the energy — running with heart, determination, and Won 🥇 his race!!! In 35:50 mins

These Members prove that when you train consistently, believe in yourself, and back yourself — you can do anything.

The Invisible Load Women Carry

Women , we see you. The never-ending to-do lists, the remembering of birthdays, the planning of meals, the managing of emotions—not just yours, but everyone else’s too. The weight of the unseen, unspoken responsibilities that fall on your shoulders simply because “you’ll handle it.”

It’s exhausting. It’s real. And at times it’s too much.

To every woman carrying this mental load: You are not alone. You deserve rest, support, and the space to just be. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to let things go. And it’s more than okay to demand balance.
