Yoga with Miriama

Yoga with Miriama Miriama promotes getting out of our heads and into our hearts, moving with intuition and joy, whilst still placing emphasis on alignment.

Miriama’s style is Vinyasa Flow. Practicing Yoga with Strength, in a relaxed manner. Playfully incorporating body, mind, breath and spirit. Each class is based around themes of personal exploration. By focusing on a felt-sense, we start experiencing Yoga, giving rise to harmony and balance on and off the mat.
