Experience a wonderful massage and feel your whole body being relaxed! In 2003 I felt confident that I could do it and started my business Massage Art.

Therapeutic massage is a scientific method of manipulating the soft tissues of the body to have specific effect. Its intension is the restoration of function, release of tension and a total relaxation of the body and mind. Massage is an instinctive response when we bump ourselves, then we automatically rub the affected place which has a soothing effect. This basic instinct has been slowly developed over thousands of years into a sophisticated healing art. About 22 years ago I went to a whole body massage course which I loved and a couple of years later I did a deep tissue massage course and I was hooked. I thoroughly enjoy massaging people for every body is different with different needs and I love the challenge to massage just the right way so that the massage feels enjoyable and effective. There are many benefits from having a massage:
