Thank you to everyone!! Who have been so supportive and kind toward me being a flakey little fairy, trotting off around the globe, love you all 💛 but I gotta let these wings fly right now

However yes unfortunately for you all, I am away again starting sept 12, which is roughly 2 weeks from now, so get in before I'm away to get all those ailments you've been meaning to get on top of fixed! Spring feels like it's here, so it's time get that body moving!! But as always, you can reach me whilst I'm overseas, and I will book you in for as soon as I get back, if something, or an impact situation happens whilst I'm away.

The ol' social media, not for me, and not for my work. We all know the feed can be a draining toxic place at times, but in recent years I have struggled to even see the goodness, even within the posts from genuine good people trying to share good information, only to be tricked into the very next slide trying to sell me some bu****it from ManScaped or whatever other rubbish is cool atm. Not to even begin mentioning the ever increasing amount of toxic, mind numbing content forever filling the void chambers of cyberspace. The internet has changed, and in my simple opinion, not for the better.

I truly believe any and all time not spent on social media is time much better spent, and for that very reason alone. It's out.

In my ever long quest to better myself and the arts I practice, the answers ain't in this little black whizzbox.

I will leave what's up, up, its foundation. But I'm going to leave the internet to rest where it was loved, funny 240p YouTube videos, and talking smack in online gaming lobbies.

A beautiful weekend spent at Chester farm, working with some amazing horses.

Many don't know ConTact CARE was uncovered in the beginning by working with horses, this makes them perfect reference points for not only showing how clearly and simply we get the results we do, but as a way of directly mingling, dancing and playing with the nature of gravity, bones and self defense, there really is nothing else like it.

Amazing sessions were had all round, and the results in the horses and people in attendance were just fantastic

Due to popular demand I am expanding my hours to accommodate more working folk who don't like talking time off work. Standard hours are 8am-5pm.

However changing working hours will now be:
Monday & Wednesday 8am-6pm
Saturday's 9am-12pm

If these hours still don't work for you, let me know and I'm happy to arrange something outside of these hours for a small fee.

Also! Alex from Waihi Flow Yoga is now offering Flinchlock Release sessions out of my clinic too. If you resonate with her, she offers a fantastic approach to dealing with mental, sensory and emotional pressure, that comes very natural to her. I also highly recommend sending children to her as she is great with facilitating the young ones unravel from their unfortunates in the playground. She has already become known as "trixie the pixie" by some of her young ones she has decompressed already 😂

Last night our building was vandalized. Fortunately for me they missed my sign by mere centimetres, and in some hilariously perfect comedic alignment they have captured the absolute essence of what we do, and how we work.

What an insane few weeks on the table! Had some of the most amazing, revolutionary sessions, both animal and human.

Helping support peoples recovery toward resolution is the most rewarding thing. Every client that leaves feeling "floaty", relaxed, or messages me 3 days later telling me about their problem elbow/knee/shoulder that has gone, makes my day over and over. It never grows old. I simply can't get enough bodies on my table.

Supporting everything that you are so you can relax and release your trapped pressure is simply fantastic. Watching the smiles return

This week I have been given a fantastic opportunity to expand my work in ConTact CARE. I will be working in Beach Vets every Thursday to address your pets and any injuries that may need resolving.

Contact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release® is a gentle and safe method that works directly on the skeletal system to produce a lasting change. Although this practice has become more commonly found in human clinics, this work was discovered through animals and has incredible, long lasting, and often miraculous results

Each species carries its individual self-defence preference, e.g. horses run, cows charge, dogs bite. Therefore, each species is handled in their way. Animals REACT away from pain and into their specific comfort, we use this comfort to know we are in the correct place to support the animal, and the injury release. This is a philosophy that we use with both human and animal, pets however are always interesting to work with. Creating a space for the animal to dictate its own comfort inside the bounds of safety always works best for a good result.

Alot of pets are put down because the vet costs are too high for some owners - In my experience, alot of pets have amazing recoveries because bones in Skeletal Sensory Shock were causing the problem. ConTact CARE is designed to release flinchlocked bones caught in Sensory Shock.

Treatments are commonly sought for conditions such as:
