Happy New Year!

Our baby boy Teddy arrived beginning of August and I have been soaking up, surrendering to and navigating these early months.

At the moment we are on a wee adventure in the south island, so classes will resume when I return in Feb/March.

My return to the mat has been much sooner this time round and I’m looking forward to facilitating classes again.
