Here at Blooming Well, I have been thinking about recording a few (free) guided meditations. Not your average meditation, but for specific purposes - such as helping sleep, gaining emotional balance, or assisting mental and physical health.

I am so very excited to be at the Paraparaumu Holistic Well-Being Spiritual Fair offering Reiki this coming Saturday, from 10am - 4pm 🩷
