These colder months are a great time to come back to yoga if you have been too busy over the summer months with your outdoor pursuits. A regular yoga practice is a perfect supplement to your other physical activities, supporting mobility, balance, flexibility and core strength. Also, deepening your breath practice is so good for helping to deal with stress, anxiety and sleep issues (as I know from my own personal experience!)
The Hauora Yoga Studio is always cozy whatever the weather outside, so if you would like to join us for a session soon, just be in touch. We have our regular Restorative Flow on Wednesdays at 6pm and I will be announcing a Not-so-bendy Series starting later this month soon - so stay tuned!
