Hot water cupboard, brown paper bags are the next best thing next to sliced bread (as the saying goes). Thought I better check what’s lurking in the bag, and their dryness. Now to pop in the jar. Great for the salt and Tāwaka blend dry. Koromiko, Horopito, Origanum and Holy Basil. The joys of gathering.

Well this week is going to go in a blink of an eye. Gearing up to Winter Solstice and the Full Moon energy. Two weeks time we’ll be back in Cambridge Well-being Market. Love this local market and interacting with the community. It’s been interesting of late and I always encourage the children to choose the blend that calls them.
