I use a base of massage with pressure and trigger pointing that accompanies a mix of techniques to help with Muscular aches, pains and strains. I work in Putaruru half days Monday, all day Tuesday, some Wednesdays Thursday and Friday I am in Hamilton on Wednesdays. Bookings are appointments only. There is a 2 page questionnaire to begin with. I am the South Waikato Outpatient Massage Therapist for the Cancer Society, contact me or your Cancer nurse for more details on the massage service. My massage is usually a deeper pressure massage, there is some pain involved, depending upon the request of the person on the table. Request a relaxation massage. This is a professional massage and there are NO extras to a full body massage, underwear (old is fine as oil staining is possible) is expected to be worn by you please. I cover Back, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Hands, Legs and Feet, Face and Scalp. Usually specified in our first session. Request stomach or talk to me about your specifics, see further down. OOS & RSI are also deep painfull massage - but so worth it. Pre Surgery massage - loosens soft tissue in preparation for surgery, is usual pressure of your pain scale and Post Surgery is more of a skin polish with intent to move the surrounding and supporting tissues to help easier movement of the healing body. Women's issues - sore breast tissue/monthly cramp and pain can help relieve/reduce the severity. Scar tissue release is a site specific technique to relieve, reduce and change the tissue itself.

*Therapist has the right to cancel or postpone the appointment if a client presents with any symptoms of illness. STANDARD HYGEINE PRACTICES I STILL WEAR A FACEMASK TO WORK WITH YOU.
*Clean linen for every client.
*Hands washed before and after each client - clients may
wash theirs before and after if so desired Hand sanitiser is in the room.
*Hard surfaces with regular use is sprayed down regularly with sanitiser.
