Welcome to our practice

We are a general medical satellite practice of The Doctors Waimauku in the Waimauku community with an excellent team of dedicated GPs and practice nurses. It is our aim to provide quality individual and family health care, with a focus on the importance of a strong relationship between patient and healthcare provider.

We are proud to be a Cornerstone Accredited practice. This achievement, set by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, ensures you receive the highest quality care. Our medical centre is located in the main shopping centre next door to the Waimauku Village Pharmacy, opposite the supermarket.

Consultations are by appointment only and we appreciate your understanding that as a rural practice, sometimes there are delays due to urgent medical need or emergencies. Our patients may also have a support person present during a consultation. In addition to the services mentioned below we also offer the the services of driving medicals, family planning and pregnancy, sexual health, and pharmacy. The Waimauku Village Pharmacy is owned and operated by Robbie Hannon, who employs a skilled group of pharmacists and technicians to give advice and dispense medication. All prescriptions can be filled Monday to Friday.
