Rā o Waitangi (Waitangi Day)

New Zealand's national day.

Every year on 6 February – Waitangi Day – people of all communities and backgrounds gather at Waitangi to commemorate the first signing of New Zealand’s founding document: Te Tiriti o Waitangi and The Treaty of Waitangi, on 6 February 1840.

This year Waitangi Day falls on a Friday. For this reason our store will be closed on this day in order for our team to commemorate & reflect on our national holiday.

We will still be here on Thursday until 5.30pm & will re open to our usual hours on Saturday.

From the 1st of February, doctors can prescribe up to 12 months of most prescription medicines. These will still be dispensed in one monthly or three monthly lots.

It is your doctor’s decision about the length of our new prescriptions.
