My last kanikani fitness class in the mighty Waikato before I start my new adventure. I'm excited and anxious all at once but everything has fallen in to place, the stars have aligned. I'm grateful to everyone I have met here and hope that I will cross paths with you again. I'm pretty sure I probably will.

Day 3 of juice cleanse.

What I've learnt

If your why is stronger then the habitual narrative in your head that tells us that it's ok to quit, because you've done this much, you can conquer anything.

The goal so has to be realistic.

Don't put too many expectations on yourself.

Be ok with the decisions you make. Things truly do happen for a reason.

And a few more which I'll add to here later.

I'm looking forward to my eggs tomorrow though.

Tomorrow (Sunday) we will kickstart a week of 30-min virtual Kemetic Yoga sessions for those who would like to practice or learn to practice meditative breathwork to assist us with our own internal capacity for healing, growth and transformation.

We will go live from this FB page just before 6am NZT each morning and begin nohopuku at 6am sharp. The mahi may transition into body work at the end of the session.

Make sure you are warm and comfortable, with your device set up (it will be in portrait mode), and prepare yourself to start nohopuku in cross legged position or lying on your back.
