🌏We all try to live a healthy earth friendly life but did you know that buying local does help a lot?

When you buy at a farmers market you know the products there are from local farmers and crafts people.

But when buying at a supermarket things have traveled a long way whether from Australia, America or the United Kingdom, so by buying local you help with emissions, pollution etc.

All the incense are grown locally so by cutting these things down, but admittedly I do have to get essential oils from a company but keeping it in NZ so not too far to travel.

So if you prefer to have local and you are a bit of a greeny message me and let's make a pack or jar set.

🪻Imbolc Mini Altar 🐑

Below is a simple Imbolc Mini Altar as it's now not far away.
I thought I would do something a little different, the bowl is a Celtic Tree of Life and I have put salt in it.

I used Bay leaf and wrote some intentions on them, since the world climate is in chaos I thought it appropriate to put Peace, Love and Harmony on the leaves. The other herbs are Chamomile and Lavender Buds, I made sure these herbs were dry so I could burn them near the end of Imbolc.

Crystals were Amethyst, Malachite and Carnelian. I also used just a simple t-light.

This is just ideas to help you if you do not have much room or want a small Altar. Remember to make it your own 💚
