Can’t believe I shared the second slide, but hey. I do track my cycle, but tracking my 💩 is also a HUGE insight to my wellbeing.

I don’t think these are the most unhinged things I do, but some kind of interesting ones, for sure.

Curating a weekly wellness newsletter has shown me how easy it is to find balance in all parts of Auckland!

This week’s list is full of events North Shore, so we don’t even need to cross the bridge to central Auckland for something amazing!

This is how I’d spend a perfect wellness weekend!

Get the full list in my bio!

Since my life revolves around wellness, I thought I’d share how I find little acts that make me feel balanced… or dare I say, unbothered.

I’m not someone to always push for you to spend money on feeling good, but sometimes we ought to outsource these little moments.

And because I also work with wellness professionals, my massage or beauty appointment booking is simply supporting their business. It’s a win-win.

This year for me is really about falling in love with what I do for work. To be fair, I already loved my work, but I have found a new way to build on my passion lately and I feel unstoppable.

While I am preparing for my upcoming knee surgery, I am diving deeper into the idea that wellness is not just physical…

While moving my body helps with mental health, it could not be the only source for balance, so I am seeking out different ways to find that inner harmony!

What are your best wellness tips?

Changing from an almost never looking at a screen, always amongst people job to always looking at a screen was an odd one. It definitely required some boundaries.

I spend a lot of my daily life in front of screens, so it’s important to me to be able to step away easily!

Here’s how I find a way to literally and figuratively switch off, still within the lens of wellness.

Often I get asked what and how I do what I do. Since moving away from my studio, my work life has changed a little bit, but I love it.

I genuinely love my job, I enjoy every aspect of it, and I also love that I could do it from home!

It’s been a year I jumped into living in Auckland and working from home, and here are some cool things I learned:

If I don’t like where I work, I won’t like the job, either. It’s maybe silly, but slowly adding items to my apartment to work for both my job and my aesthetics was the best decision ever.

I’d rather wake up early and work 6-7 hours straight, then spend hours commuting. I know this is somewhat a luxury, but it also has its downsides. I always have to organise an impromptu work chat or gossip session of something that’s trending online, you know… so if you see something that i’d like, just send it to me!!!

Listen to your gut. Can you be more cliche, Eszter? I probably can, but do you want me to be? So often I felt what I could have done was not for me, but what I decided to do was actually FOR ME! As I am one whole foot inside the corporate world, so to speak, it feels like learning a new language and skill.

And finally, you can learn to be anything. Either through courser, through experience, or both. This also means that imposter syndrome is HUGE, but so is the journey behind us. So, what is another little step, ey?

Here’s a little BTS of how I spend my working days. Please, don’t compare yours to mine. Just find joy in yours. And if you feel stuck, I was there once, too.

Just a little snippet about how emails can work for you. Build one solid automation and see it convert 4x more than periodic promo emails that land in random inboxes.

Why this works?

Automations work based on client behaviour (trigger) and never stop tracking action (filters and conditions).

You can easily target different ways of thinking with different paths, all resulting in the same final action.

While a well written promotional email will only be working because of one simple action: they are on your email list. That’s it.

Started a weekly wellness email list so I can find out about cool things happening in Auckland.

It’s also a completely free marketing avenue for studios, spas and other wellness businesses to share their own events!

The best part of it? When the idea came, I could execute it all thanks to ! I used them for my studio, now for my freelancing, and also my passion project!

I was so glad I could build this all within my existing website and booking platform so I didn’t have to pay more or find another option. Yay!

Not sure if listening to your inner voice is *always* the best business advice you can get, but it definitely has helped me the past 12 months!

Running my studio was such a huge joy and learning curve, but to be fair, 2025 has taught a lot about me, business, and balance in general.

I was have one of those shower thoughts of wow, look at your progress, so I decided to share it with you all.

So happy I had the chance to visit so many amazing places, get to know the best people, and call this my life now.

THANK YOU A MILLION FOR BEING A PART OF THIS JOURNEY FOR ME!

Here’s to a great finish of 2025 and a bright stat of 2026!

If you feel like it, share which month this year was your favourite!

ps: this may be the earliest end of year post ever, but this week is my last “full” week of work.

Silly season is when we are chasing the end of the year + planning the beginning of the next one.

In all honesty the past couple of weeks felt quiet after Black Friday, but all of a sudden clients are reaching out for new projects, new automations, new lending pages, and new systems that they want to set up before the New Year starts.

So I felt a little overwhelmed the past 48 hours, so I needed to take a break to not get a menty B! You feel me?

Shout if you need a hand, I’m here for you! ☺️

Also make sure you take care of yourself and enjoy the silliness of this season, too!

There are 3 big chunks of an automation, and we often start with the obvious one: the trigger.

However, the best automations focus on the outcome - what do we want our client to do once they are in this automation?

Then think about that ideal client - why did they enter the automation? Why would this automation make sense to have your client be part of it? That’s your trigger!

Finally, don’t forget the reasons why they would exit an automation … do they have or don’t have a tag, part of a segment (ie clients who haven’t attended for X amount of time), or simply not in the right location? These conditions and filters will make sure your emails land in the right client’s inbox, instead of spamming everyone that has ever visited you!

Has this helped?

Why Yoga?

In fifth grade every student in my school had to have a check up by a chiropractitioner to make sure that before we would hit puberty, we will grow into bones, joints and muscles that can hold us all till retirement. This was when I was told that my feet are a little flat and that my right shoulder is lower than my left, therefore I needed to take special PE classes. I was not sure what a “special PE class” meant, but the first Wednesday when I had to go I found out it was yoga.

About 6 of us attended from different classes, we each had different “problems” with our bodies that needed fixing. The class was fun, our teacher was great at providing poses and challenges that made us really focus on the given task, like taking off and putting on a sock only using your toes. It was torture, in a good sense.

I attended these classes for 3 years and I loved them. I was so dedicated that there were times that it was only me who made it to class each Wednesday. In high school, parents and teachers thought that probably we were all fixed now or might never be able to change our structure anymore, therefore, yoga classes were cancelled. I missed it a lot, but my busy schedule pointed my attention elsewhere anyway.

It was only when I was about 19 that I decided to start yoga again. It was somewhat out of the blue, as a friend of mine mentioned it to me, and after a quick search on YouTube I could roll out my mat and do a session each morning before breakfast. First the familiar downward dog was hard, felt that my back and hamstrings were so tight that I would never be able to reach my toes or the floor ever, I had to sneak in extra breaths through a Surya Namaskar. Don’t even get me started on a chaturanga push up… As I kept pushing myself, I started to feel powerful again. Downward dog felt like a relaxing pose, I began challenging myself with more variations and decided to attend a local yoga class. It was amazing. The sense of connection between the attendees brought back great memories from the past from primary school.
