➡️ You eat “perfectly” for 3 days.
➡️ Something stressful happens (hello kids, chaos, and wine).
➡️ You ‘fall off,’ promise to restart Monday… again.

Let’s be real — Mondays don’t change your habits. Daily decisions do.
