I used to think my body was broken.

I had no energy.
I was binge drinking most weekends.
Starving myself during the week.
And cutting out all the foods I actually loved.

I tried every diet and trend under the sun.
Isagenix. Detox teas. Endless cardio sessions.
Nothing worked.

And the truth? I was miserable.
Doing everything… but getting nowhere.

I remember thinking, “Maybe this is just me. Maybe I’ll always feel stuck.”

But deep down, I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.

So I stopped chasing quick fixes.
And I started learning how to actually fuel my body.

Not just to lose fat — but to get my energy back.
To balance my hormones.
To stop crashing every afternoon.

Have you ever wondered what the healthiest version of you could achieve?

I understand firsthand how tough it can be to manage your health while juggling life’s demands.

We all have those moments where a healthy lifestyle feels like one more thing pulling at us, rather than something that can lighten the load.

But here's the truth: focusing on your health is the foundation for everything else falling into place.

A few years ago, I hit a point where I felt I was just getting through each day, barely keeping my head above water.

I wanted to be healthier and more vibrant, but it felt impossible.

Then, bit by bit, I started making small, intentional choices and changes.

I swapped out processed snacks for veggies and whole foods, chose to walk more and stretch during breaks, and became dedicated to getting up early!

These choices snowballed, transforming not only my body but my outlook on life.

It's been a while since I introduced myself or shared who I really am behind the scenes of running my business.

I’m 36 and I'm married to my husband Mike.
We have two little boys and our first child Molly who has 4 legs and barks a lot!

I currently live in little old New Zealand!

After my own health journey, I decided to dedicate my life to learning about health and wellness for women.

My mission is to help as many women lose fat and build muscle without yo yo dieting and following unsustainable diets. My approach is sustainable and made to fit into your hectic life.

1 thing health experts aren't telling you about sleep and your health

Few people would more than likely prioritise their sleep if they knew that it would clearly influence their weight and health!

Each time we stay up late and binge watch that show or netflix OR scroll on our devices we are seriously messing up our sleep quality which has a flow on effect into our sleep, weight and overall health!

Here are 3 “invisible threats” to know about not getting enough descent sleep

You don’t need a 60-minute workout.

That’s the lie that’s keeping most women from getting started.

As a mum of two, running a business, running a household, and managing life—

I get it.

Finding time to train can feel like a full-blown mission.

But here’s the truth I had to learn the hard way:
It’s not about having time.

It’s about building movement into the time you already have.
Because the all-or-nothing mindset?

Keeps most women doing nothing.
So here’s how I coach my clients to fit exercise into even the craziest days:

1. Make it small, but make it count
Ten minutes of intentional movement is better than none.

2. Anchor it to something you already do
Stack movement onto habits you never skip.

3. Shift your language
Stop saying “I don’t have time.”
Start saying “Movement is a non-negotiable priority.”

4. Schedule it like a meeting
If it’s not in your calendar, it won’t happen.

5. Think movement, not just workouts
Park further away or take the stairs.

The women who stay consistent don’t have more time.
They just use the time they have differently.

If you’re busy — I see you.

And I promise: you can get results without overhauling your life.

Start small. Start where you are. But just promise me you will start.
