I used to think my body was broken.
I had no energy.
I was binge drinking most weekends.
Starving myself during the week.
And cutting out all the foods I actually loved.
I tried every diet and trend under the sun.
Isagenix. Detox teas. Endless cardio sessions.
Nothing worked.
And the truth? I was miserable.
Doing everything… but getting nowhere.
I remember thinking, “Maybe this is just me. Maybe I’ll always feel stuck.”
But deep down, I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.
So I stopped chasing quick fixes.
And I started learning how to actually fuel my body.
Not just to lose fat — but to get my energy back.
To balance my hormones.
To stop crashing every afternoon.
That’s when everything changed.
For the first time in years, I felt strong.
I felt in control.
And I finally had the energy to live the life I wanted.
