Are you a woman over 30 who’s struggling with low energy, brain fog, and inconsistency… and are committed to finally getting your food and life organised?

If so, keep reading because this post could change everything for you.

As a metabolic nutrition coach, I’m best-known for helping women over 30 gain energy and take control of their food in as little as 6 weeks…

…without restrictive diets and unrealistic routines…

…and even if you’ve tried everything before and still feel stuck.

But it wasn’t always this way…

After working with many clients, I’ve noticed a common thread.
Most women come to me because they’ve tried to figure it out on their own.

Yet they still:
Follow confusing advice online
Deal with cravings, energy crashes, and brain fog
Get stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping

The reality is… no one creates real change on their own.
These “do it yourself” cycles keep you stuck.

What actually works is having a clear plan, the right tools, and someone guiding you every step of the way.

And that’s why I’m opening the doors for 5 spots in my Elevate with Tess –
A private 6-month coaching program for women who are committed, ready to invest in themselves, and open to real change…

…who want to gain energy, feel organised with their food, and finally feel in control…

…without extreme dieting, overthinking, or falling back into old habits.
With my help, you’ll have everything you need to finally see results that actually last.

And it’s not your fault you haven’t got there yet.
You just haven’t had the right plan…
The right tools…
And the right guidance.
But that changes now.

If you want my help, I’d love to support you… as long as you meet the following:

You’re committed to making real change
You’re ready to invest in yourself
You’re done with quick fixes and want something that lasts

If you’re serious about changing your energy, your habits, and your life…

If going to bed earlier worked…then why are you still waking up exhausted?

Most women think they just need more sleep.
So they try to get to bed earlier.
Earlier nights.
More hours.
But nothing changes.

Here’s why I can confidently say this.
I work with women every day who are doing this.
They’re in bed on time.
They’re trying to “do the right thing”.
And they’re still tired.

Because the problem isn’t just sleep, it’s stress.
All day your body is “on”.
Busy mornings.
Constant thinking.
Rushing.
No real break.

So when your head hits the pillow…
Your body hasn’t switched off. Your cortisol is still high. Your mind is still racing.
And even if you sleep…it’s light, broken, and not restorative.

So you wake up tired. Again.
And think you need to try harder.
Earlier night. Less scrolling. But you’re missing the real issue.

If you keep believing sleep is the problem…
You’ll stay stuck feeling exhausted.

Because you can’t out-sleep a stressed body.

Here’s the missing link.
You need to calm your system during the day.
Not just expect your body to magically switch off at night.

Simple things like:
Taking 10 minutes to slow down and breath
Going for a walk without your phone.
Eating properly instead of running on caffeine.
This is what tells your body it’s safe.

And when your body feels safe…sleep actually works.
So let me ask you…

Have you been trying to fix your sleep…but ignoring your stress?

YES or NO 👇

If you’re waking up tired every day…your night routine may be the problem.
Most women focus on food and workouts.
But ignore sleep.
And that’s exactly why they feel flat.
I see this all the time: Busy days, no switch off, scrolling right until bed.

Then wondering why sleep is broken.

So here are 5 simple things to help improve it 👇

1. Set a consistent bedtime
2. Reduce screens before bed
3. Eat properly during the day
4. Get outside during the day
5. Create a simple wind-down routine

Something calm and repeatable.
You don’t need a perfect routine.
You need a consistent one.

Fix your sleep…
and everything else gets easier.

Save this and try one tonight.

She wasn’t lazy, she was stuck.
She had tried everything, Different plans, Different diets.
But nothing lasted.
When we worked together, we didn’t overhaul her life.
We made small, realistic changes.

She started eating with intention.
She made time to move her body.
She improved her sleep.
No overwhelm or burnout. Just simple steps that added up over time!
Thats when everything shifted.
Improved mood, more energy, improved cognitive function.

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes.
And start building something that lasts.

I’m not the coach who’s always had it together.
I’ve been the woman who felt lost.
Low confidence. Constant comparison.
Stuck in a toxic environment.
Surrounded by people who didn’t lift me up.

And the way I treated myself reflected that.
Binge drinking.
Smoking.
Barely eating.
Running myself into the ground.

Until one day I had a thought.
I deserve more than this.
And that changed everything.
Not overnight. But slowly.

I started taking responsibility for my life.
I changed who I was around.
I started fuelling my body properly.

I moved my body in a way that felt good.
And things shifted.

My energy came back. I built strength.
I started to feel confident again.
But the biggest change?

I let go of the all or nothing mindset.
No more starting Monday.
No more extremes.
Just simple, repeatable habits.

Now this is exactly what I teach.
Because I see so many women stuck in the same cycle I was in.

Tired. Foggy. Craving everything.
Gaining weight around the middle.

And thinking they need more discipline.
They don’t. They need clarity. They need structure.
They need something that actually fits their life. That’s what I stand for.
No restrictive diets. No unrealistic plans.
No running yourself into the ground.
Just real habits, Real food, Real change.

And a life that actually works.
Because I get it.
I’m a mum of two.
My days start early and don’t stop.
There’s chaos.
There’s mess.

There’s workouts with kids running around.
And that’s exactly why this works.

It’s built for real life.

If you’re feeling stuck right now…
I see you, hang in there

Most women think short workouts don’t work.

So they skip them.
And that’s exactly why they stay stuck.
