I haven’t been on this page in a long time. Thank you so much for still thinking of me and for all your lovely messages. I’ve tried to reply to everyone, but I’m currently not taking any bookings.

Life is full at the moment as I continue learning how to juggle full-time study, placements, assessments, exams, being a mum, and everything in between.

I still have a deep passion for this mahi, and I know that in the future I’ll be offering bodywork again in some capacity. It aligns so beautifully with midwifery care.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I’m truly sorry it’s taken me a while to respond to some of your messages.

Kia ora e te whānau!

I’m excited to announce that my first year of midwifery studies is complete. I’ve missed this space so much and I can't wait to reconnect with you all.

I'll be offering some beautiful restorative body work over the coming weeks, with more availability in January and February. Come and unwind from the year with a special ritual that includes:

🌿 Foot soak and scrub
🌿 Restorative massage (with or without hot stones—your choice!)
🌿 Gentle reiki woven into the experience

Next week, I have the 6th & 7th available:

11am , 2pm , 5pm

Kia ora 👋,

I hope the first few weeks of January have been kind to you all. I'm back in my little haven today & it feels so good to be back.

I'm not sure how this year is going to look for we can figure that out together, but I do know I want to continue to hold space in here for those who wish to come in while I start my new chapter - back to student life!
I do have a few ideas around hapū mama, hypnobirthing 1:1, group sessions in the near future ✨️🌿

But for now, because I won't be available "full time" I have decided to no longer offer
• Eftpos
• Waiora Holistic Bodywork website
• Timely booking system
(all of these things come at a cost) and because I won't be full time I'd like to reduce outgoings.

So this will look like:

• Social media for my business
• Bank transfer or cash on the day of appointments
• I've found a new booking system "fresha" - which isn't as seamless as timely but will work, I will start to transfer my clients that are booked in, so you will get another confirmation and reminder text message & email.

Kia ora Koutou,

I hope you've had a fantastic summer break and enjoyed some well-deserved time off. I've just come back from 9 days away on the East Coast, enjoying all the wonderful things Aotearoa has to offer. What an amazing reset it was. 🌊🐚👣✨️🌿

Wai Ora is open again on January 16th, and I can't wait to welcome you back!

If the holidays have left you feeling a bit worn out or if you're simply in need of some time, why not book in, whether you're looking for a massage or the balancing benefits of reiki healing.

For the month of January, I'll be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so you can easily fit some self-care into your schedule.
Please DM me if you need another day as I do have flexibility the month of January.

My last day in today 🌿

Thank you for your incredible support and aroha throughout this year.

As 2023 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you. Your support means the world to me, and I couldn't have come this far without you. I hope you have a beautiful holiday season filled with joy, relaxation, and the love of whānau and friends. May this time be a chance to unwind, reflect, and create special memories.

I wish you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful start to the New Year. Thank you for being a part of the journey.

I want to share my gratitude for your continued support and trust in my healing practice. As we approach the end of 2023, my appointment schedule is currently booked for the remainder of the year. Please know that any updates on appointment availability will be shared on my social media
In the spirit of self-care, I will be taking time until mid-January, allowing myself time to rest. Following this, I will be embracing a new chapter as I begin full-time study for the upcoming year.
Plans for appointments in 2024 will be announced once I have found the flow of energy being a Mum & a full-time student.
