🏋️♀️ LEG DAY ESSENTIAL: The plate-loaded leg press! 🔥
Here’s how to do it right:
1️⃣ Adjust the seat so your knees form a 90° angle when your feet are on the platform.
2️⃣ Place your feet shoulder width apart and heels flat
3️⃣ Push through your feet to extend your legs but don’t lock your knees!
4️⃣ Lower the weight slowly until your knees are just above 90°, then press up again. 💪
Tip: Keep your muscles under tension throughout the whole set to get the most out of your quad, glute & hamstring workouts!
