Client testimonial and pictures before and after >>>

I’d just turned 65 and was feeling overweight, unfit and lethargic. I knew I needed to address my health. I was a grandmother of 4 active toddlers and wanted to be fit and healthy in my older years.

As luck would have it I saw a Facebook post from Dana and arranged to meet up with her. I have been training with Dana twice a week for just over a year.
Rain hail or shine she greets me with a huge smile! Dana has a quiet, gentle approach to her training that also focuses on any pre-existing conditions. I had back issues which have improved immensely since training with Dana.

After a couple of months I asked Dana to help me with a nutrition plan. I have now completely changed how I look at food and in the process lost excess weight and kept it off.

Dana has a positive approach to life that is reflected in her training. When I look back to where I was over a year ago I feel stronger, leaner, and more energised. I feel truly blessed to have met Dana.

Client’s transformation and feedback (and we are not done yet 💪)

I’ve been training with Dana for approx. 4 months and have seen massive changes not only in my physical fitness, but also in my general well-being.

Dana takes a holistic approach based on current fitness levels combined with health diet and eating habits which shows in the results - 7.5kg weight loss. She takes a very engaged approach to her personal training with her clients and this shows in the results in a short space of time.

Having trained with multiple trainers over the years, I’ve really enjoyed the pace and challenge set by Dana so much so, I’ve increased my training sessions and extended this for the foreseeable future!

Do you like yoga?

If not, give it a few more chances. I used to not like yoga either, it seemed that it was very slow and very boring. But now, I can't imagine my life without practice 🧘‍♀️

Why is yoga good for health: ✨reduces stress and relaxes the nervous system
✨improves joints and spine mobility
✨development of strength and endurance
✨the ability to manage breathing and energy
✨the ability to cope with emotions, negativity
✨general improvement of the body: physical and spiritual state.

With the help of yoga, you train not only your body, but also your mind, emotions and thoughts 🙏

Self-love and respect...

Have you ever been unhappy when you look at yourself in the mirror? Body, face, we always find something to complain about, right? And we often talk to ourselves in a way we would not allow ourselves to speak to someone we love.

As a trainer and nutritionist, I often help people who want to improve their physical condition or shape. But I am against exhausting with diets, not loving and not respecting our bodies for "extra" kilograms. Who decides whether they are extra or not???

Of course, when being overweight becomes a health problem, you should think and help your body. But to look at the perfect picture of a fitness model with a dehydrated body, specially prepared for competitions, and hate yourself because you have cellulite or folds on your stomach, is it right?

Girls, women, let's love and respect our bodies, and if you have a goal to get fit or lose weight, that's fine too, but only if you do it out of love for yourself 🤍

And don't forget - practising your favourite sport, giving yourself time to rest, eating healthy food is, above all, taking care of your physical and mental health. And let the reflection in the mirror be a pleasant side effect 😊

Do you like planks?

I didn’t really like this exercise before, but I still did it 🤪 I knew that plank is really super multi-functional for many muscles, abs, shoulders, back, arms, and legs don’t rest either 🔥

But why did I write earlier 🤔 I still don't really like it, but I often use it in training.

And you?

Also please share, who has back pain from when planking? This often happens, I will be happy to help you with tips on the technique if this topic is interesting 😇

Motivation or discipline?

I have been working with people for many years and my experience shows that in training, motivation and discipline complement each other.

Ultimately, everyone who sets goals is motivated for the first 2-3 weeks. Then the motivation drops. This is where discipline comes into play, and whoever keeps going towards their goal gets the first results that re-awakes motivation. This is a closed circle ⚪️

But often, after 2-3 weeks, people no longer continue their training or nutrition system with such enthusiasm, slowly "getting out of the distance", and getting back on track is challenging.

Who has had such an experience? Please share how you got back on track? What helped you, motivation or discipline?
