My musings ✍️

Every step of my journey.

I am afraid of the next steps I need to take to embody that next version of me that’s calling me forth.

I am worried I won’t like the new me.

More to the point, I am scared of who I will become. It’s the unknown that frightens me.

I fear I won’t be safe. I fear I won’t be protected or looked after.

I fear I will crumble down to nothing. Having to pick myself up over and over again.

I am… YOU, that reflection looking back at me. In that mirror.

What the fork is going on?

I feel like a little girl. Waiting to be told what my next steps are. Yet I have no clue as to what needs to be done next.

NOW listen to your inner wisdom.

Your inner guide. Your inner mystic.

What is she saying to you now? I breathe 🧘🏼‍♀️ slowly. Knowing it’s time to go inwards.

My priestess steps forward….

My love … stay true to your path. However it presents itself to you. You are here to experience life. The many ups and downs that come with it.

See it as a guiding light. Showing you the next step of the way. You don’t need to know where you’re going.
However you do need to TRUST on where you’re being taken.

It may not make sense. It may hurt you in ways you can’t bare.

However with each step, each heart cracking open and each moment of uncertainty.

I am here. Right beside you. Guiding you the whole way.

All I ask of you… is to come back to stillness. Create the space for silence. Go within. Connect.

It’s in this space, you will find me.

Your inner mystic, where I will reveal your truth when you’re ready.

Where I will show you the way and support you in every step you make.

Remember you are never alone. It’s only your human mind that thinks that.

Connecting to that ancient wisdom within. Asks for a deep safety and wisdom within the body.

To get yourself to this place, you’ve got to move the body and fuel it with nutrients. Aka exercise and whole food.

Change your mindfulness, clear the mind chatter. Create that space. Meditate 🧘 listen to music. Connect with nature intentionally.

Devote to your spiritual practice, prayer 🙏 daily or other rituals and ceremonies. Spend time at your altar.

Breathe 💨 do some Breathwork, soma breath is great. 👍

Which all allows you to be aligned to your highest timeline and inflow with life. Gaining clarity, joy, freedom and your ancient wisdom.

My singing journey has been anything but conventional.

I’ve always been able to sing, but it was mostly just singing along to songs without thinking much of it.

Everything changed when I began healing the PTSD trauma I carried. Through breathwork sessions, I not only released the trauma but discovered that I had been holding back my true voice all along.

I realized I hadn’t been singing from my soul; I’d been singing from my chest. The shift was profound.

As I started walking my priestess path, more of my inner gifts began to unfold. The deeper I go, the more I want to master these gifts. Like anything—whether it’s meditation, breathwork, or exercise—the more you practice, the more you grow. There’s always an abundance flowing back to you.

When I decided to take singing lessons, I had no idea it would open up a whole new realm of possibilities.

This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to take you all along with me as I master my voice and techniques.

Stay tuned as I continue to share this unfolding journey.

Walking the priestess path has been filled with so many ups and downs.

There have been countless deaths and rebirths.

Many moments spent in a void of nothingness.

Many times of not knowing which way to go.

Many times where I’m unsure what the next step is, or where to go from here.

There are moments when I question whether I’m doing the right thing for me.

And yet, every time I reach this place, I always hear a faint whisper...

Trust.

Trust in the unfolding. Trust in the process, even when you can’t see it. Just trust.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟

How do you know when to walk your path? The path of the inner mystic—she has many names: Priestess, High Priestess, Empress, Sage, Goddess, Higher Self.

You’ll know. It comes with a deep knowing, one that strikes you with a force that can bring you to your knees. It makes you surrender to the void of the unknown. And while it can be a scary time, it’s also incredibly liberating.

You’ll sense it when it arrives. It could come in a dream, on a whisper in the wind, or through another person. Sometimes, it comes with grief and pain.

But you’ll know—deep in your bones—that there is something more than just living from day to day.

This is your deeper wisdom calling. It will awaken something within you that leaves you with a burning desire for MORE. More depth. More connection. More soul. More truth. More understanding, knowledge, love, intimacy.

More.

Give it all to me!

You’ll feel a deep sense of wanting to experience it all, to be it all. You’ll crave the most profound trust you’ve ever had with yourself. You’ll want to feel the intensity of it all. Be it. Breathe it. Live it.

This is the calling. Your call home to your temple.

𝟏. Connect with all types of people that you resonate with. Having a vast array of connections allows you to feel fulfilled and bring diversity into your life.

𝟐. Connect to your purpose and passions. Devote as much time as possible. As this will fill your cup with joy 🤩 and will also bring a sense of accomplishment to your life.

𝟑. Make it a long term transformation. This is not a race. It’s a life long devotion. Healing all the different layers, all the different parts of us. Getting to understand who you are, it all comes with time, patience and going with the flow. Rather than force. Manipulate and having that push, pull dynamic playing out.

Creating space to receive… 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨...

Connecting with your stillness within takes time. It also takes you understanding who you are.

It takes you putting in the time to connect within. It takes you meditating daily. Or doing your Breathwork daily. Or dancing daily. Or singing daily… whatever is your go to for creating stillness.

You have to devote yourself daily to it.

Like the priestess… devoting herself to her temple and prayers daily.

It’s the same for you too. To create that change.
You have to go within.
