Running tips for beginners!
Thinking of taking up running? Awesome! But before you hit the pavement, here are 4 tips to help you run smarter not harder and avoid injury:
💡 1. Rest is part of the plan
Running every day won’t make you faster, it might just get you injured. Aim for 3 runs a week and give your body time to recover.
💪 2. Strength matters
Building strength (especially in weaker areas) helps with endurance and injury prevention. We can help you target the right muscles.
👟 3. Shoes + surface = safety
Grass is gentler than concrete, and the right shoes make all the difference. Get fitted properly and choose supportive footwear.
🧠 4. Listen to your body
Some soreness is normal. But if pain lasts more than 48 hours or stops you from running, come see us. Early treatment = faster recovery.
