I’m spending some time today on my intentions for this New Moon🌝 I found this in my journal and thought it was perfect for manifesting and planting new seeds of intention🙏🏻Words matter, what you say to yourself matters! 🫶🏻When Polly spoke this on an Instagram post a few months ago, she used total expression and such deep belief I literally couldn’t take my eyes off her💜 This is how I’m going to say it too and in front of the mirror for extra kapow!!! Happy New Moon everyone💫💫💫

I don't treat animals.. i guess I could, but i just don't.
So my own furballs go to others for treatments.
Today my Jasper received reiki and balancing from Nicola E Jones at Naturally Balanced
He was so comfortable with her, he just rolled over.
He has been the cruisiest dog for the rest of today.

Health and healing isnt just for us people, our pets need supporting too, and energy work is one way of doing that.

Thank you Nicola, we will be back 😊💚

I had the pleasure of working with Jasper today😊 Such a gentle, inquisitive Soul🩵His Mum brought him along for a Chakra Balance and we felt into a couple of emotional behaviours he is experiencing…. ‘sibling’ rivalry, emotional neediness and also carrying some burdens he didnt need to be. Reiki Energy works really efficiently with emotions and I pair this with my own intuition and connection and we always get some helpful, specific information for moving forward! It’s so cool and if you can’t already tell I love working with animals🙏🏻🫶🏻This guy was such a gentleman in the space and left his session peaceful and blissed out💜If you would like to book your pet in for a session definitely get in touch, I would love to help you.
