Your certification includes:

Reiki First Degree (Shoden)
• Meaning: “Shoden” in Japanese means “first teachings” or “beginner teachings.”
• Focus: The emphasis is on self-healing and learning to channel Reiki energy through the hands.
• Attunement: Students receive an attunement initiation from myself your Reiki Master Teacher, which opens your energy channels so Reiki flows more easily.
• Practices Learned:
• Hand positions for self-healing
• Hand positions for treating others (friends, family, pets)
• Reiki principles and energy fields
• Grounding and energy awareness.
