At times growth happens despite the hard challenges.

Is your struggle creating a new journey, while holding on to what is no longer helpful.

The quote below is one I saw recently, take time to explore what where and when you have noticed that anxiety, anger, fear, panic have gripped you when you have had to make a decision?

Take time to notice, and write down the answer, then ask yourself, is this because I don't feel or think I measure up to the other person's standard, or perception of me?

Below the surface will be a belief about yourself and others opinions, have fun exploring the 'true you'.

If you would like to know more or book a session about exploring your authentic self, phone me on 027 293 2517.

Remember this is a fun exercise, as soon as the faulty belief starts to cause unease, stress, anxiety plus more, it is simply telling you something.

You are not faulty broken, hopeless or any of the other negatives that would like to sabotage your growth.
If anything you are more courageous, brave and wanting learn more, don't let Shame steal your truth.

May you look at each day as a gift, a busy life will still be busy the next day and after that.

Take time to pause enjoy what nature has set around you, let those in your life know you appreciate them and in turn rest on their appreciation of you, the thank you' s, hugs, gentle smiles and more.

Remember also, with the pressure of Valentines day there are 364 days to which letting those around know how much you value them. Money and gifts do not account for personal interaction, kindness and acknowledging the presence of the person or persons you are with.

As we move into February it is a good time to check plans, routines, hopes, dreams and visions for the future.
What may be still in the planning?
How is taking time for self-care fitting into the time line?

Remember not everything that comes in fast and urgent is necessarily needing the priority or focus. Pace yourself, and don't forget to check-in with your relationships.

If you would like to book a time to start the journey of discovering your full potential, phone Judy on 027 293 2517

Hi folks I was thinking of the week ahead for some it is back to school and work, and how at times the world can be so harsh and people suffer such loss.
Then there are moments that can take pain away, bring clarify and hope for the future, it was then to I saw this cute picture and thought how sometimes we just need something cute to smile at, what do you think?

May your week start with the hope of brighter days, look for the little things that bring a smile and sense of peace. They don't have to be huge, a sparrow dancing in the grass, hearing someone laugh, watching an expression change from concern to a smile of understanding.

It has been a wonderful break, especially over this last week watching the tuis drinking the nectar from the plums and taking bath times in the fountain.
The other day while relaxing outside I managed to see five white doves, four brown doves, three Tuis (two adults one baby all at the plum tree), two fantails, several blackbirds all in the space of a few minutes.

Nature has a way of revealing peace and harmony when we pause long enough to see and hear the atmosphere around us.

The office reopens tomorrow the 12th January, the courses and events will start up again once the school term starts, follow this page for further information.

Please if you have any questions please call Judy on 027 293 2517, also there is availability for appointments and new clients are welcome.
