November was a whirlwind of celebrations, colour, and creativity for Scattered Platters.
I had the joy of catering everything from lively kids’ birthdays and elegant bridal breakfasts, to end-of-year gatherings and beautiful weddings.
Each event brought its own personality, and I loved crafting grazing experiences that matched the moment, from playful and vibrant, to refined and romantic.
I’m also incredibly thankful for the TM7, which continues to be my secret weapon in the kitchen. It helps me create fresh, nourishing dips, granola, and all the little elements that elevate every platter. It truly is my whizzy companion behind the scenes, every single time.
A massive thank you to everyone who invited me to be part of their special occasions this month.
