On Friday we had fun with a TCHI Skill Building Workshop day at the Multicultural Centre in Hagley Park.

On Sunday nine participants worked very hard during the Tai Chi for Arthritis Falls Prevention TCAFP + Seated TCA Instructor Training workshop. Participants came from the Canterbury region and the North Island NZ.

🎄 Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Joyous New Year to all my tai chi qigong friends and family ❤️

🎉 It’s been a wonderfully busy year with 410 Smiling Dragon Tai Chi & Qigong sessions! Five days a week, 11 sessions each week, including the new evening class in Pukekohe.

🎉 I enjoyed several fun and engaging Tai Chi for Health Instructor Training Workshops and Update sessions. Well done to all of the participants.

❤️ I attended the Exercise NZ Conference in Auckland recently, where I was a presenter on Tai Chi for Rehabilitation: A Transformative Approach

While doing some end-of-year admin, I discovered a couple of milestones worth celebrating too…

✨ 20 years as a Tai Chi for Health (TCHI) Instructor
✨ 10 years as Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Chi Productions (TCP) NZ Agent ... mailing 4,444 TCP instructional resources and supporting our NZ Tai Chi & Qigong community to improve health and wellbeing.
