5.45pm — Beginners Yoga Course (fully booked)
✨ Wednesday
9.15am — Gentle Mind Yoga
This is also a beautiful option for pregnant mamas while our pregnancy yoga is booked out at the moment.
✨ Thursday
10.30am — Release & Flow with Bodywork
This is a very small and special class. It’s deeply restorative with hands-on bodywork to help create balance, relieve discomfort in the body, and give you some beautiful time for yourself. Especially supportive if you’re experiencing sore backs, pelvic discomfort, or tension in the body.
Also suitable for pregnant mamas.
6pm — Pregnancy Yoga (fully booked)
✨ Friday
9.15am — Vinyasa
✨ Sunday
4pm — Hansa Rest Restorative Yoga

This Saturday (23 May), 1pm–5pm, I’m running another Spinning Babies workshop. The workshop is anatomy-based, practical, fun, and designed to help people learn more about their bodies, prepare their pregnancy and birthing muscles, connect with their baby, and give partners or birth support people hands-on skills that really help in labour and birth.
If you’ve done the course before, I’d be so grateful if you shared it with pregnant friends. I’d really love to continue getting this work out there and supported 🤍
