If you need to relax those tired muscles but don't feel like a deep tissue massage. A "Hot Stone Massage" is an amazing option. The heat just melts the muscles and they relax and the warmth is so soothing and relaxing. We have a one hour session, 90 minutes and a " Heat Lovers Package. All the stones were hand picked by me from Lake Hāwea. The stones are schist, a type of stone that are smooth and hold their heat. Also love that they were sourced locally. It's meant to hold more meaning and power to have them from the area you live in.

I studied hot stone massage in Hawaii, Maui where it is a sacred massage with lava stones. But those stones must never leave Hawaii or you will upset the goddess Pele. Love those legends. I found the stones quite porous. So much prefer our stones.
