Hello, I am starting teaching a few classes again next week, from my home studio in the peaceful Maungawera Valley. Classes will be small, the fire will be going and the birds singing.
Monday's 5:30 - 6:45 pm
In the evening class we will work on releasing tension, restoring balance, helping you relax for the evening and get a good nights sleep.
Tuesday's 7 - 8:15 am and 9 - 10:15 am
The morning classes will set you up for a great day :-) Move, breath .... become nimble and responsive.
I like to help people move well, become aware of where they a bracing and compensating, release that and feel at ease. Which is a sound place to gain in strength and stamina.
