Classes will vary in times from 30 mins to 90 mins. Located in Wanaka CBD, a block back from the lake (for those that love the cold plunge after class). Spencer House Mall, opposite New World, at the back of the building on the 1st floor up.

This morning’s Hatha practice was the hardest hatha practice I’ve ever done 😂 Yikes!!
Thanks to .vibes for all the encouragement. My favourite was when you told me to ‘try harder’!!!
Those of you who know me, might know how much I appreciated those couple of little words 🤣
In the meantime .g.jefferies was collapsing beside me & he’s been napping a couple of times already since class 😴 😉
