Maybe the hardest thing you’ll do all week is lie still for 5 minutes.
Relaxation isn’t something you have or don’t have. It’s something you practice.
Yin yoga trains your nervous system the same way the gym trains your body, by repeating the stimulus until your body learns the pattern.
This week we have two yin classes:
- Thursday 5.30pm with Lucie (60min)
- Sunday 5.30pm with Sian (90min)
