It was great seeing people braving the weather to come to our first event. We hope to bring more of these events to the community in the future.

We had a successful night teaching birthing parents about their pelvic floors, filled with plenty of tips for surviving birth in one peace! I’m so excited to be able to provide this as it’s something that has been on my heart for a long time, and we finally got there. Watch out for the next one!!

This is my lovely colleague Rebekah from Epic Physio NZ. I highly recommend her and I am looking forward to working with her at the Wellsford studio.

Introducing Rebekah Davidson from Epic Phyiso.

She will be working from The Wellsford Studio on Tuesdays.

Rebekah is a Wellsford local. She has returned from maternity leave with more qualifications than is necessary… She is passionate about helping people with pelvic pain, incontinence and those that are keen to return to their favorite physical activities.

She is registered with the Physiotherapy board of NZ and ACC accredited. Recent training with APPI Pilates means that Rebekah will be leading the Pilates classes at The Wellsford Studio. These classes are perfect for rehabilitation and strength training. They are run in a similar fashion to the Epic Hydrobis classes that Rebekah leads out of the Te Hana pool.
