I’m looking forward to dancing with you all tomorrow. We will Deep Dive into the ocean 9:30am Snells Beach Community Centre …. feeling the flow of life force energy through our bodies. Thank you all sooooooooo much for all your support this year. I can only do what I do because you continue to show up and dance with me. If I don’t see you tomorrow I hope you have a joyful Christmas and Happy New Year Celebrations. My first class in 2026 will be Friday 16th January which I’m sure will roll around quickly. It’s finally here…the last week of Nia for 2025. I hope you have had as much fun as I have! I’m back from Friday 16th, Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th January 2026.

In honour of how delicious swimming in the water is at the moment we will dance the Deep Dive Routine on Monday 9:30am Snells Beach Community Centre and Tuesday 9:15am at Matakana Hall. Using the sensation of pushing through the resistance of water to condition our bodies.

Friday 9:30am Snells Beach will be a medley of my favourite songs!

If you would like to dress with some festive spirit please do so… maybe reds or greens or Xmas themed… you choose 😂. If I don’t see you this week….happy a wonderful festive season and summer break!

In honour of the recent passing of Fred Bass who co-created the GRACE Routine we will be dancing Grace on Monday 9:30am at Snells Beach and Tuesday 9:15am Matakana Hall. Freds gentle grace comes through in this routine with the feeling of ease. We have 2 more weeks of Nia finishing Friday 12th December. Cheers Debbie XX

Thanks Everyone for helping make the Nia party such a fun event….great nibbles, drinks and all those flowers! Friday Nia 9:30am at Snells Beach we will dance the Dream Routine again…letting the great music invigorate our joyful energy as it flows through our sprung loaded joints! I’ve been having fun learning the Dream Routine…it’s an oldie but with great music! I’m looking forward to sharing it with you Friday 9:30am Snells Beach Community Centre. Our focus is the three body weights … head heart and pelvis and learning to feel alignment and then conditioning as we move the weights off centre. What a fun week! Cheers Debbie XX

Hi Everyone, I’m breaking with tradition and dancing Fridays Connecting Routine again on Monday 9:30am at Snells Beach and 9:15am Matakana Hall because I loved it so much! It was my favourite routine from last year. This week we will focus on the Hands and how we use them to connect to ourselves (touch), express ourselves (heart flower moves and hand signals) and reach out to each other (hand shakes and hugs). 🤗 👍👏 Cheers Debbie XX
