This Friday at Nia 9:30am Snells Beach Community Centre we continue our Play-a-Weight Journey. 🏋️💃🏋️. Growing our light hand weight practice to 3 tracks but of course you choose how many are right for you. I recommend keeping it light with 0.5kg or 1kg weights and you may notice a strengthening of the core as well as the arm muscles. I look forward to dancing with you tomorrow. Cheers Debbie XX
