We all have our journey using the detox is only a small part of mine keeps my heart going . Being thank full for everything I have , the people in my life . Counting any small blessing is a big part of how I cope .
So yesterday while I was going through some personal stuff , a client turned up with a beautiful bunch of flowers not knowing anything about what I'm going through just to say thank you for doing what I do and being who I am . 🥹
This ment the world to me and I needed to hear it , and except it . Got me thinking in our rush it only takes a few minutes to do something nice for someone ( gift of food a hug a coffee flowers ) that nice may just help them through their journey.

I have shared my journey and why I started bio journey.

This is my fur baby and her journey .
This is my old girl who has mast cell cancer . We did chemo we chopped lumps out and were " at the point " of do we help her over the rainbow bridge ? . Then after my heart attack (where my journey began) I travelled north to detoxs with BioDetox . She would sit next to me and we noticed any lumps rising disappeared and any that were near the surface showing went black and died . Now I detox her as well .
