Next week is our last week for 2023 and what year it's been!!
⚜️ Tues 19/12 @5.30pm Bootcamp
⚜️ & Thursday or Fri morning 9.30am.

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who's supported us this year right thru the highs and lows.
It was the 1st anniversary of my Dad's passing 2days ago, still fresh as. But we keep on keeping on.. & 2024 is gona be lit! Keep an eye out on starting dates, updates & new programs & plenty of deals.. there's something for every1!
Stay safe these holidays, spend time with those you love.. there's no better gift than time.

If the past 7mths have taught me anything, it's regardless of wot s #!t is going on in ur life.. staying active, exercising or ust getting out in nature, is one of the most healing and grounding things you can do.
It's taken me a while, loosing Dad b4 Christmas, my Poppa in-Law at Christmas & the 1 that flipped my world upside down.. my Number, my soul mate, just last month. I lost a part of myself wen he left but I'm stepping up 4 myself, for whanau & for u guys.
