Kia Ora, yogis! Koha Kundalini Club is now the FIRST SUNDAY of the month! This weekend, class is on Sunday, Feb 4th from 10:30 - 11:45 AM, at the Newtown Community Centre on Colombo and Rintoul.

For this holiday weekend we'll do a classic set for the "lower" bodies, unlocking stuck energy that can block creativity, feelings of satisfaction, grounding and comfort, etc. It always makes me feel warm, happy, and motivated -- perfect for the new year. Followed up with a nice cup of golden milk, I look forward to practicing with you.
