We have something new heading its way to our Khandallah clinic….

The Normatec 3.0 legs compression unit will soon be available to hire and use in clinic.

This will be a useful tool to use in addition to Physiotherapy treatment or on its own.

Mat Pilates starts back next week on Tuesday 20th @ 9.30am in Khandallah with all usual classes resuming from there on.

We heard that some of you wanted a Postnatal Reformer Pilates class…

So we took action!

Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes are now available as one class for both.

Sunday classes begin 28th September, Wednesday classes are open now!

* Please check with your health care provider that you have been cleared for exercise before attending a class.

* If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you will need to attend an initial 30min trial with one of our Physiotherapists. There is no charge for the trial session.

* 40% off is for the initial class only, offer expires 31/10/25. Cannot be transferred or exchanged.
