The Well is closing its doors.

Due to the current economic climate, it is no longer possible for CoLiberate (The Well’s parent company) to continue operating this service. Despite the tremendous support from our current well-goers and our mutual support partners, two/fiftyseven, CoLiberate has had to make the difficult decision to close The Well weekly sessions indefinitely.

For any existing well-pass holders, we’d love to see you at our lunchtime sessions over the next two weeks. Our last session will be Thursday 31st August.

Supporting each other through this transition is our top priority, we appreciate your patience as we move through this wind-down process.

We want to express our gratitude to you and all the people who have made The Well epic. Although we are closing, the vision behind The Well lives on in all of the people who make their wellbeing a top priority and a weekly practice! We hope that you continue to find opportunities for relaxation, connection, expression and reflection in whatever that looks like for you! 💛

🫖 Connection, what is it good for??

We think social connection is as important to our health as eating and sleeping.

How do you feel when you’re connected to your people?

We use kōrero, and endless cups of tea to help us connect and what better way to do it than with a sweet playlist in the background??

Do you make space in your life to reflect? Time to reflect on your thoughts and beliefs? On what lights you up? On how you feel?

We use writing and kōrero as tools to enable reflection in our sessions. There are lots of other ways too! Maybe you could give it a go with a sweet playlist in the background??
