sound healing has at last become main stream, or it may be more accurate to say that it is now that the collective consciousness has remembered the power of sound.

when i first came to the practice seven years ago, it was still a bit underground. i was talking about energy fields, cymatics, frequency signatures and tuning forks. some were curious, other still think it's all woo woo (haha!).

but what about silence? the space in which all sound emerges and returns. silence has been a teacher of mine (and many others) for five years now and it really is the other half of the practice. the yin to yang. and yet silence contains all sounds and at the heart of sound is silence. what a trip. the other side of the same coin. unity disguised as duality.

i intuitively feel, now that sound as a practice has reintegrated into our consciousness as healing, awakening, the very fabric of our existence our next opening is to remember silence and yet through our work with sound we are already doing this. we cannot have integrated one without the other. how exciting, how ordinary!

i am looking forward to spending more time in silence with you in the future, to not only feel the texture but to become it.

The omnipotent, omnipresent field of love is what you are in truth.

It is your essence and natural state of being.

To commune with this field there is no technique, for it already exists in you, as you.

To avees it, you must be prepared to uncover everything you have piled on top of it.

The most natural way I have found to do this is through the medium of silence.

The teacher of all teachers.

Silence contains all sounds, all teachings but you need to be open to sitting and listening.

Listening, not with your ears but with the ear of the heart so that your own awakening is embodied, here, now.

the body is a temple of light and sound.
