a little life lately. i am slowly simmering in some integration after that ta**us full moon!

recovery brings with it the amplification of life as a spiral. each day a spiral, each moment even.

my brain building new pathways, and yet still trying to fire and wire old ones.

when i embody what is now energetic compost my being alerts me quickly with fatigue ; symptoms.

softening, receiving, paying attention are all attributes we are being asked to cultivate more deeply now.

daily in the listening field and working with frequency in other mediums as much has changed.

i am being made anew, sometimes a few times per day. as i said, spiral.

round and around we go if only to taste the center for a millisecond. but it is enough to spend your whole life with that taste. a longing like no other.

enjoy the ride they say. whilst you're busy exploring the arc you'll realise it was all the center all along.

steeped in a safe and held space of sound, silence and stillness. we will utilise the harmonics of the outer sound as a doorway into the inner sound for healing and awakening.

beauty hones

beauty has saved me more times than I care to admit. for around five years i would walk the river every day, sometimes twice a day.

in my commitment and willingness to pay attention there we would be a point each time upon my visit where beauty arrived.

did she arrive though, or had i suddenly cleared the mirror of the heart enough to fully witness her? beauty hones us, saves us, is a direct line to god. 

i once said if you want to know god, rest in beauty. these words still hold such a deep meaning for me. the arrival of beauty, though, did not happen at a set time, the cosmic clock was at play. even if i committed to an hours walk twice a day i could not guarantee anything - this is the beauty of the muse.

she required me to show up, some days it would be half an hour, others an hour and half, either way it took surrender and a very clear seeing or paying attention. 

to pay attention is one of the greatest faculties we can cultivate on the path and practice of attunement. to be aware, to pay attention, however we must also bring empathy - feeling, for paying attention without these attributes is simply observing and reporting. beauty demands more than this. she requires you to feel.

those years of practice imprinted a certain energy into my being that i still carry, i was in a trance with beauty, like a lover that could not wait to see her beloved each day, and now beauty arrives as if by way of grace. descending and ascending all at once. beauty hones, she’s a gift that perfects and purifies our being.

many are sensorly overloaded and therefore cannot really feel or see what is here. what is them, and what has been impressed upon them.

the elements of the embodied path offer a road map; a container to open (excavate), awaken and nurture (cultivate) the centers of awareness in the body.

so that each one may be with and begin interpreting sensation in alignment with truth.

It's finally here, after years of personal and professional practice. Many questions, hundreds and hundreds of sessions, 1000s of client served. Art of Attunement is born out of my loved and lived experience as a sensitive being navigating the world. One who has always felt most in tune with the natural world, beauty, gentleness, god.

Art of Attunement is an energetics course like no other, an experiential inquiry into the heart of being a holy human. A way to learn to walk in both worlds, a lost art, but one that will deliver you home to yourself, to the field of love over and over.

We begin at the end of November for nine weeks, with a two week integration period over the Christmas holidays. Seven weeks of practice, wisdom sessions, sound healings, q&as and silent sittings to dive deep in to your inner terrain. You'll see the world around you change in ways that are unfathomable. You will awaken with new eyes to see. Looking from the inside now, out, in, and this becomes your measure your lived experience, one that at the heart of it is in deep communion with the self.

simplicity that allows the breath
to feel even,
the heart to feel full,
