🌿 From Sports Injuries to Natural Recovery - Toby’s Healing Journey at Wellness Homes NZ 🌿

We recently had the pleasure of caring for Toby Hunts, a semi-professional football player who has spent many years competing at a high level. Like many athletes, his body carried the marks of hard work, repeated strain, muscle tightness, and lingering pain that wouldn’t go away.

“I developed many injuries over the years that kept bothering me. One shoulder injury even pulled my posture forward and caused problems for quite some time. Now, I’d almost say it’s fully healed, I can move it freely again, my back feels looser, and I’m much more flexible.
