We are looking for qualified massage therapists who is passionate in customer cares to join our team in Wellington city, New Zealand
You are responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. Genuinely perform professional skills of Thai massage, Balinese massage & spa that may include;
- Traditional Thai massage, Balinese, Hot Stone, Aroma Therapy, Facial massage, Herbal Ball massage, Ayurvedic or Indian head massage, Body scraping, Hair waxing or removal
Duties and responsibilities;
• Evaluating the needs of the client by reviewing the clients' history, medical conditions, and injuries
• Discussing desired outcomes and designing a session to meet specific needs
• Adjusting the massage as needed to meet client needs
• Providing suggestions to meet the long-term needs of the client
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reporting to company owner/director
• Remain professional and respectful at all times to clients and other staff
• Dress appropriately and maintain appearance, hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information at all times
• Helping to develop and grow the business
• Assisting with the brand development of the business
Personalities
• Experience working in a spa or massage therapy centre environment preferred
• 2 years experience as a professional massage therapist
• Level 4 Qualification (trade certificate or diploma) in Massage Therapist
• Excellent communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
Rate pay per hour : $29
Working hours: 10:00-19:30, minimum of 30 hours , maximum of 40 hours, 5 days a week
