That’s a wrap up for the year of 2024. This year has been challenging for lots of people, so I am very thankful to have such an amazing people around me. Thank you all for sticking by me, booking in appointment for yourself and loved ones and spreading the good words about my business. Have an amazing end of the year and I see you all next year.
Btw I start working on 1st and 2nd of January and there are few slots left. Get in quick if you want to start your year 2025 with some TLC! 🙌🫶

Just jumping here to remind you that my books for next week is closed as I am heading to Sydney for an amazing workshop and very excited to be coming back with more skills to use in sessions. Being sick stinks and it is exhausting being tired from doing nothing! 🤒🙄 as some of you might know from rescheduled appointments that I haven’t been well for the last few days. Doctor put me on some antibiotics and man they work wonders fast! I am planning to resume work in few days as per doctors orders! 🙌 i have opened myself up for this Sunday 14th of July in case you are in need for a massage!

Take care of yourself, wash your hands often and stay at home if you are feeling unwell! ✌️💙

It’s been busy few weeks leading up to a long weekend! 😅 so many of you were working so hard in training and trusting me to fix your aches and pains or to maintain you body to do your best this weekend at Team Nationals (CrossFit competition- for those who doesn’t any link to Crossfit). I am crossing all my fingers and toes for all of “my athletes” from all of the boxes of the Crossfit community in Wellington to do well…🤞🔥 ..and have the most fun!

P.s. an extra energy is sent Urban legends way though! Of course I am biased.. 👀 My Urban fitness family are so amazing and hope you guys are buzzing and having the best time already 🏋️‍♀️🏋️

But I’ll still have full day today and tomorrow to do my magic on those who stays in Wellington and have booked in for this weekend! 👌🙌

Just a wee update for those who can’t see any appointment availability online for the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately I am not booked out - bookings are closed for now as I have dislocated my pinky and possible avulsion fracture(?)🤦🏼‍♀️ turns out pinky is quite important in my line of work when it’s twice the size and doesn’t bend much. i am resting my hand this weekend and doing the exercises hand therapist gave me 😂 (yes flexing and extending the finger 👀) and will update you next week after hand therapist session if I can operate at some capacity till 12/07 before i go on my holidays. I will personally get in touch with you if your appointment will be cancelled in upcoming weeks!
